WELCOME

CODE: Floor tap dance is a Melbourne based extension program designed to compliment your existing tap dance training.

The teenage tap crew is a fun, kind and creative place for passionate tap dancers to learn from a former world champion tap dancer Christopher Horsey.

We practice every week and explore unique concepts, performing techniques and train for the next performance opportunity.

Changing Times Tap Dance Initiative (New York, 2025–26) awarded funding to Australian tap artist Christopher Horsey and CODE: Floor to support the development of an original tap dance web series project.

Who is

Christopher Horsey

I am a former world champion tap dancer. I have performed in tap dance shows on the West End, Broadway and on film. CODE: Floor is my 'adventures in tap dance'. A place for teenagers to share their passion for tap and grow as performers.
